The AuburnJames Collector Club (24 bottles Annually)

Thank you for considering an AuburnJames Wine Club Membership!

The Collector Club level at AuburnJames increases the club discount on each bottle purchased to 25%. The Collector Club is for those that are intent on laying down our wines and enjoying them in the years ahead as they approach and achieve their peak. The Collector Club level also provides its members with opportunities for gifting and sharing wines with friends and family. Collector is tailored for those that love our Cabernet Sauvignon and appreciate Jim’s approach to our other complex Napa Valley Reds. As with Flagship, the core of the Collector Club remains with our Reserve and Single Vineyard Designate Cabernets Sauvignon. To these we add bottles of some of Jim’s Bordeaux Style red blends that you may not otherwise have access to without visiting the winery. For a given vintage, these winemaker’s selections might include single Bordeaux varietals such as Cab Franc, Malbec or Petit Verdot, and/or bold blends of lesser-known but equally delicious varieties such as Tannat!

Again, our production is relatively limited and often our varietals are produced in quantities less than 400 cases. The Winemaker’s selections are often less than 200 cases. That said, and as with both of our club levels, you as a member are provided the ability to purchase yet another allocation of our allocated Napa Valley wines before they are released to the general public. That means for our Collector Club, 24 bottles from the club allocations annually and up to another 24 bottles of allocated wines are available to each Collector. Again, we have structured our annual small lot production for our members! The Collector Club is a wonderful way to experience the depth and breadth of AuburnJames’ fine wines and provides its members with the ability to share them with friends before they are sold out! 

We realize that nobody likes surprises thus we are intent on keeping our Collector membership costs in line with an expected range. Each Collector allocation will typically cost between $875 and $950 every six months depending on the wines released. (footnote a/)  Just prior to each shipment, you will be reminded of the Club allocation and charged only for the wines (12 bottles) arriving in that shipment plus the taxes, shipping, and any handling charges associated with your region.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: As a Club member, I agree to receive the specified number of bottles at the listed frequency for the Club I have selected. I further agree that AuburnJames Winery can charge my credit card for the amount of the wine plus any shipping charges or third party handling charges along with any applicable taxes. I understand that there is a two-shipment minimum commitment that I am making by joining the Club. After this time I may cancel my membership in writing without further obligation, except for the payment for any wines billed or shipped prior to AuburnJames receipt of my written notice of Club cancellation. It is my obligation to notify the club offices of any change of address before wines are billed and shipped. (Note: a business address is preferred to avoid delivery issues that arise from the necessity of an adult signature at delivery.)  AuburnJames is not responsible for shipping charges due to misdirected or returned wines.
