The 2009 Diablo Rosso is a fruit forward wine with rhubarb, strawberry, and a floral hint of roses. The 2009 Diablo Rosso will continue to improve for at least 5 years.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot give this wine a deep ruby color. It has aromas of dark plum, berries and vanilla. The palette adds caramel and dried herbs. It will partner with prime rib, salami, or an olive tapenade. You can also pair it with 55% cocoa chocolate.
